WORKING WITH POLYNOMIALS IN ALGEBRA

Algebra is a branch of math which deals with the study of equations and expressions. The problems under Algebra often involve working with 'variables'.
Polynomials are a type of Algebraic expressions which , as the name suggests, have 'many'(poly) or a high exponential value. Like variables raised to the exponent value 5.
Students have to learn how to simplify such algebraic expressions. They have to learn to Simplifying Polynomials.
There are many ways to simplify expressions. One such method of solving is by finding the factors for the polynomial equation. Students can learn how to factor polynomials online.

There could be different identities used for factoring polynomials:
  • a2 + 2ab + b2 = (a + b)2
  • a2 - 2ab + b2 = (a - b)2
  • a2 - b2 = (a + b)(a - b)
  • x2 + x(a + b) + ab=(x + a)(x + b)
  • a3 + b3 = (a + b)(a2 - ab + b2)
  • a3 - b3 = (a - b)(a2 + ab + b2)
Students can practice working on them and learn to solve similar problems.
